I had lower back, hip and knee problems for 15 years. Various physiotherapists had always treated the symptoms without getting to the cause of the problem. I had originally been an active hillwalker, runner and gym-goer, but ultimately I was constantly limping and unable to exercise properly.

A friend introduced me to Diane and she took the time to identify what was causing all these related issues. Using her AiM techniques, there has been a remarkable improvement and I am now pain-free, able to go for long walks and exercising at the gym like I did years ago.

I highly recommend Diane's approach, which has transformed my health and greatly improved my lifestyle.

Before I started working with Diane, I hadn’t been able to exercise without pain for over 2 years. I’d seen so many different professionals with no improvement. I lost so much confidence. With a few one-to-one sessions working on my feet, I am now participating in the weekly Pilates class and back to my running with no pain! I feel stronger now than I felt before my injury. Cannot thank Diane enough for all her support and expertise. I’ve just managed to complete my first 10k in over 4 years! I’ve so much still to learn and I can’t wait to see where I go from here!

Diane worked hard to establish the underlying cause of my nagging low back and sacro-iliac joint pain.

She produced a series of exercises which have significantly improved my mobility and reduced the discomfort.

She has a very thorough, logical approach and I would recommend her highly.

Adam has hypermobility, this has made exercise/walking distances a challenge. I had heard of 'AiM' and thinking this would help Adam I contacted the founder Gary Ward to enquire about practitioners in Scotland, he recommended Diane. I was not disappointed, Diane has a brilliant way with Adam, he is 13yrs old and needs lots of encouragement. Diane explains everything in a way he can understand and always listens to his opinion on movement. Since attending Diane for physio, Adam’s general movement has improved and his confidence to try new ways of moving has increased. Aswell as using AiM Diane has also introduced Craniosacral Therapy which we saw instant results with. I would highly recommend Diane to anyone who wishes to have pain-free movement, would give 10 stars if we could.
